Cuvée paying homage to Grandfather Pierre Badoz, founder of the Domaine des Roussots. This Pinot Noir has been aged in new oak barrels for 18 months in a basement cellar (natural stone). It combines Jurassian character with Burgundian elegance. It has a complex nose of red fruit with notes of sweet spices, pepper and subtle floral overtones. In the mouth it is expressive, complex and rich with pleasant acidity and freshness. The finish is elegant and long. Accompanies red meats, game, wild boar with figs, rack of lamb with red cabbage and cranberries, duck breast with morello cherries, red mullet salad with white pepper and bell peppers.
