A rare find from the southern Mézin area of France, both these sparkling wines have been made in the traditional method where second fermentation takes place in the bottle. The mousse is fine and persistent, it is creamy on the palate and can be enjoyed as an appetite awakener before the meal and has enough body to be consumed during the meal right through to pudding. Available in both white and rosé.
