This cuvée consists of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir from Premier Cru vineyards, of which 25% is from reserve wine. A sparkling light gold wine with an active effervescence of numerous light bubbles. The foam is fine and regular. On the palate it has a sharp attack that evolves into a balanced taste with floral and fruity notes. Full body completed by a subtle freshness and minerality. The finish lingers and develops more sugary notes.A round wine with lots of flavour and generosity. Wine before dinner, which also accompanies delicious grilled fish.
