The Chardonnay grapes come from the oldest plots in the vineyards of the Badoz winery in Jura. Sorting is taken to a new level and pushed to the extreme to select the finest, unblemished fruit. The wine is vinified in oak barrels from the best cooperages in Burgundy. Marked oak, ripe wilted Chardonnay, vinified with care, it shows salinity in the finish. Aperitif, perfect with fish and shellfish, pike perch fillet with vanilla butter sauce, trout, lobster, smoked salmon, but also duck foie gras with plum chutney and white pepper, exotic cuisine, fruit desserts (strawberry soup and mint leaves).
